Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipping area — We currently ship within Ontario, Canada only. Orders placed with a delivery address outside Ontario cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded.

Frozen products and cold chain — Our products are frozen foods and are shipped using cold chain delivery. Orders are packed to stay frozen in transit.

Shipping rates — Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Delivery and attempted contact — Our courier may attempt to contact you by phone before delivery. If we are unable to reach you, the package may be left at your delivery address, including at the door. Once a package has been left at the address provided, the order is considered delivered, and we are not responsible for any thawing, spoilage, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive and refrigerate or freeze your order promptly, and provide a reachable phone number at checkout.
